Why California.Help Internet Initiative?

I started California.Help to fulfill an urgent need to modernize our California state government services, accountability, and transparency. Cities like Shanghai, Kulua Lumpur, Singapore, and others are rapidly modernizing local, county and state services and California is not. As an Independent self-funded candidate and technology disruptor advocate, I have repeatedly informed, warned, and pleaded with our elected officials, both Democrat and Republican alike, to modernize our local, city and county services, cybersecurity and network infrastructure to no avail.

Due to the deliberate inaction by both Republicans and Democrats, I had to start on my own California.Help Internet initiative to modernize our local, city, county and state services.

Ordinary citizens like you and me should have readily available information on when and how to run for public office. Instead, our states election procedures, laws, requirements are a kept in Kremlin-type secrecy, that requires paying for an election lawyer or lawyers. A single online page should be required to complete and sent via email. The Fair Political Practices Commission and our California Secretary of State have failed time and time again to answer my election-related questions. Sometimes the Fair Political Practices Commission and our California Secretary of State does not even know the deadlines to submit the election paperwork.

Tactics to deter ordinary citizens like you and me running is undermining our democracy. Tactics such as making Valentines day a deadline to submit candidate paperwork when most people are busy preparing or engaging in the holiday one way or another. Why is it so difficult to find out who is running for elected office?

With California.Help, I envision you and I being able to simply ask a question to California.Help on our where, when and how we can run for elected office, pay bills, ask for assistance, report a problem, and so much more. And yes, I have a dedicated Internet AI initiative called www.california.services.

This June 5th, 2018, I’m counting on your vote to help me to modernize our local, city and county services, cybersecurity and network infrastructure for our state to remain competitive, viable and prosperous in a global marketplace. I am asking for your prayers first and secondly, your vote to help me return our state government to what it was meant to be, a representative form of government moved, inspired and lead by the people.
